The firm’s small size and efficient structure require attorneys to take charge of the matters on which they work as soon as they join the firm. Conrad|Metlitzky|Kane does not have a back bench; each lawyer is tasked with leading litigation, arguing motions, and taking cases to trial on behalf of the firm’s clients.
