Felipe Corredor is Of Counsel at Conrad|Metlitzky|Kane. Felipe’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation and appeals. He has extensive experience handling intellectual property, trade secrets, patent, employment mobility, business torts, contracts, and false advertising cases.

Felipe previously practiced at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, where he represented top companies in a variety of complex commercial litigation and intellectual property matters from investigation through all stages of litigation, including trial and appeal. Felipe was on the trial team representing Waymo against Uber in a high-profile trade secret dispute in the Northern District of California regarding Waymo’s self-driving car program. He also helped obtain a complete defense jury verdict for Google in a patent case in the Eastern District of Texas.

Felipe’s federal appellate successes include obtaining reversals for his clients pre-trial and post-verdict: on interlocutory appeal, in a mandamus petition, and on a post-trial appeal. His appellate victories led to the eventual dismissal of hundreds of millions of dollars of claims, and the reversal of a jury verdict of nearly $140 million.

Felipe earned his Bachelor of Applied Science, with honors, in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto and his Master of Science in Applied Physics from Stanford University. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he served as an Executive Editor of the Harvard Law Review. After graduating from law school, Felipe clerked for Judge Richard R. Clifton of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Felipe lives in San Francisco with his wife and son. He speaks Spanish and French.
