Gabriela Kipnis is a Partner at Conrad|Metlitzky|Kane, where her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including trade secrets and unfair competition litigation, consumer and commercial disputes, and high value tort cases. Publicly traded corporations, startups, and individuals turn to Gabriela for help litigating novel and cutting-edge legal issues. She has tried cases in state and federal court, as well as before arbitration tribunals, including as first chair.

Before joining Conrad|Metlitzky|Kane, Gabriela was a litigator at Morrison & Foerster and a law clerk to the Honorable Richard Seeborg on the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. 

Gabriela is active in the San Francisco legal community. She has served as the co-chair of the Executive Committee of the Bar Association of San Francisco Barristers Litigation Section, a board member of the Anti-Defamation League, and as a firm captain for the Bay Area Urban Debate League's Champions of Diversity Challenge. She is also a Barrister in The Edward J. McFetridge American Inn of Court.

Gabriela graduated with honors from the University of Chicago Law School. She earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. Gabriela is a Bay Area native and lives in Berkeley with her husband and three children. She is fluent in Spanish.
