As a federal prosecutor in the Public Integrity Section of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., Jordan led dozens of multi-year, sensitive investigations and prosecutions across the country in matters involving federal, state, and local elected officials, business executives, and Fortune 500 companies. Jordan has taken several cases to trial through verdict, including a two-month trial in the Western District of New York involving allegations of complex conspiracies to defraud the United States, and a trial in the Northern District of Georgia involving extortion and bribery claims against an elected official.

There, he was Executive Notes Editor for the Georgetown Law Journal, the Director of Trial Advocacy for Georgetown’s Barrister’s Council, a Senior Writing Fellow, and a student attorney for Georgetown’s Juvenile Justice Clinic. Jordan earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Stanford University.
Prior to law school, Jordan was an elected member of the Modesto City Schools Board of Education, a brand marketer for Gallo, and a high school basketball coach. When he’s not working, Jordan loves to play basketball and tennis and spend time with his family.
