Nathan Theobald is an Associate at Conrad|Metlitzky|Kane. His practice includes complex civil litigation, internal investigations, and white collar criminal defense. Nathan has experience in federal and state courts, as well as arbitral tribunals, bankruptcy courts, and administrative agencies.

Prior to joining the firm, Nathan practiced commercial litigation at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he was engaged in all facets of litigation, including drafting successful dispositive motions, mediating favorable resolutions, conducting fact and expert discovery, investigating allegations of fraud and corruption, and defending judgments on appeal. He subsequently served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert N. Scola, Jr., of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and to the Honorable J. Clifford Wallace of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Nathan earned his J.D. from U.C. Berkeley School of Law, where he won the national AIPLA Giles Sutherland Rich Moot Court competition and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Nathan graduated cum laude from U.C. Berkeley with a B.A. in history. In his free time, Nathan enjoys exploring the parks and cuisines of the Bay Area.
