Shawn Estrada is an Associate at Conrad | Metlitzky | Kane. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, white collar criminal defense, and internal investigations.  Shawn was a member of the trial team defending the former COO of a health technology company in a high-profile, multi-month criminal fraud trial in the Northern District of California.  She has also assisted companies and senior executives navigating government enforcement actions, internal and government investigations, and monitorships involving allegations of fraud, accounting manipulation, bribery, and other misconduct.

Before joining Conrad Metlitzky Kane, Shawn was a Litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, and previously a White Collar & Investigations associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.  She earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School, cum laude.  While in law school, she served as an Executive Editor of the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest, as a student attorney for the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, and as co-Director of the BC Law Oral Advocacy Programs.  Shawn earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in creative writing from Stanford University.

Prior to law school, Shawn worked in sales and marketing for a technology company in the San Francisco Bay Area.  When she’s not working, Shawn enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and watching Broadway musicals.
